- westernrvparkowExplorerThere is no comma after Boat and Trailer. Therefore the sign is banning boat and trailer rvs. The Southwind is obviously not a boat and trailer RV (whatever that is, might be one of those amphibious RVs with the rear cut away to allow a car to park on top of it, like some of the big Semi haulers of fifth wheels have). If they don't want RVs in their parking lots, they need to talk to the sign maker. The RV in the picture is just following the parsed letter of the law.

So are people sleeping on their boat trailers? :)
The sign says no boat & trailer. It doesn't say no empty boat trailer. Going by the sign, I think it is probably okay to park there if you have an empty boat trailer. :)
-Michael - EV2ExplorerHey, it does not say "ABSOLUTELY NO."

That's hitting below the belt. Our Southwind is covered with snow.
But yes, I ALWAYS dream of being somewhere warmer. :M - dewey02Explorer II

- Tiger02ExplorerDefine parking.
- fj12ryderExplorer IIII can't say anything because I probably would have done the same thing. From what I can see that lot is basically empty and it doesn't appear that it will inconvenience anyone unduly.
Unless it's a restaurant and I would be in there more than just a few minutes. But if it's a store of some kind and I plan on stopping for just 10-15 minutes, no biggie.
I figure most signs are just suggestions, like speed limit signs. :) - newman_fulltimeExplorer IIHey doesn't gbopp own a southwind and dream of somewhere warm :B
- Nutinelse2doExplorerWe're just going in to grab an In N Out Burger!
Never understood that sign because that back lot is always empty.
You came a week too early. No wind today, and low 70's. I waved at you when you left the other morning. You have a really nice coach
