Sealand Toilet Ball won't Close.
It was working when I bought the TT -- now it's stuck in the open position. Water still flows when we depress the foot pedal. The ball doesn't move. I think I have Model #110.

I think your out of luck they only seam to have gaskets and water valves for that toilet, probably a spring is broken inside. PPL has them for $99 if you end up getting a new one.
