I called a Hartford rep and they said Progressive would underwrite the TT policy if I didn't get an umbrella policy with them. I hate changing insurance companies especially when I'm happy with the one we have now. Over the years, we have had Metlife, State Farm and Geico and I've dropped them due to disputes with claims or increased premiums when I never filed a claim. I'm going to see what Blue Sky offers; we have friends with the same TT that have insurance with Blue Sky.
