Yes, it is supplied by the MH. You have to wire the car for it. You can either put diodes in the line before the car's tail lights so you don't backfeed the rest of the car's wiring system, then hook wires to the diodes going to the MH's trailer plug.
Or, you can drill a hole in the car's tail light housing and install a completely separate bulb. Then you have to run the same wire back to the MH's trailer plug.
