mid January. going to Georgia. first time Snow Bird.camper is already there.Wife's job ends Jan 03... company moving to Mexico.

Heading to Waycross, GA. to visit young'uns. Can't wait to see 4 yr old grand daughter open presents!

New Year's Eve is the time to be at home and off the streets before dark. Too many amateur drunks on the road. When I was a bartender, I always volunteered to work. Safer to be on that side of the bar, and by the time I got to go home, all the drunks were off the road. Home, ditch or jail. For Christmas, I'll try to hide, but it usually doesn't work. I'm lifetime single, and no living relatives. One of the Moms I know will insist, and I hate intruding on a family holiday. This week, I'll buy myself a nice present and have it gift wrapped. At my age, three weeks from now I can open it and be surprised.

Parked in daughter's driveway in Florida. 84 degrees!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!!

We'll be at my niece's house Christmas Eve, at home Christmas Day then going to my daughter's house after that for a few days--unless we have another blizzard then we'll be staying home. The weather is just too rough to want to travel and we'd really rather be with family over the holidays than anywhere else. We'll bug out next summer for an extended trip.

Christmas night we will take our mobile bedroom to my folks' place so we csn not worry bout how much we drink (which will be plenty). We'll be heading to the coast for a few days including New Year's. With any luck we'll get a nice storm at the coast which is a bonus.

On both Christmas Eve, and on the Octave day of Christmas (8 th day) I intend to be in church, Singing in the Choir.

On the Feast of the Epiphany, I go to the Choir party.

Going to Catalina State Park near Tuscon for the week between Christmas and New Years! Never been there but I've heard it's nice.

I just booked Dec. 27 til Jan. 1 at the beach :)

oh yea we gonna have a great christmas day with family, the next day load the camper and get ready to hit the road.

after all it is holiday break and we are taking one at the beach!!! Can't wait!!

My plans are to try and convince my son to go to Taylormade's Performance Lab and get fitted for their driver. I'll settle for him letting me get a back grind for his sandwedge. I may not get either of them. But it wont stop me from pestering him. LOL.

His amazing amping up of shot making skills and crazy insight in what it takes to make a ball move through the air is more than I could have ever asked for xmas, ever actually. But I'll take it. :B

2 more years and you guys should be able to watch him on tour. He has his grandfathers amazingly fluid swing and with a lifetime of karate I think he will be golf's Bruce Lee. HIYAH! If only we could get some full contact golf going. LOL.

The R1 should put him at 350 yds. The shaft is 20 grams lighter than what he's been swinging but it might just give him the snap through the ball verses plowing through it as he describes it. Hopefully the higher torque wont cause a wider spread.
