I would just buy washer fluid from Amazon. You would have to add quite a bit of rubbing alcohol to give you good freeze protection, as it is already diluted. You can get more concentrated rubbing alcohol, but then you're paying an awful lot compared to the Prestone or Rainex premade stuff. Besides, rubbing alcohol is flammable.
