Aquahot Issues

Bought my Holiday Rambler Motorhome in August 2024.  Since January 2025, the Aquahot has not been working correctly. I've been at the dealer 5 times to repair the unit.  Due to waiting on parts, I've not had hot water for about months since January.

Is anyone else having problems with their Aquahot?  I've been trying to get a new unit, but Aquahot will only send parts.  This last repair they sent a broken part.  I am unable to reach management, I'm always stuck with the advisor who answers the calls from customers.  The adviser will not transfer me to anyone else. Does any have an email address besides the address "service@aquahot.com".

  • It is the dealer. Don’t matter if they’re nice. You don’t buy the unit from Aquahot.

The dealer is working with me.  They have made the repairs under the manufacture warranty.  The problem is there has been too many issues with Aquahot unit. The last fuel nozzle sent by Aquahot failed.  So Aquahot sent another Monday and the dealer replaced it.  The failed nozzle leaked diesel all over.  Today, we have found leaks from the replacement nozzle.   I want a totally new Aquahot unit.   That’s why I’m looking for another way to contact Aquahot management.  I’m only able to reach Aquahot peons.  My emails to Aquahot bounce back.  I’m not a newbie at this.  My father had a Airstream dealership in the late 1970s.  I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB about Aquahot.

  • Do lemon laws apply to RVs?

Sorry to hear this but most RV dealers suck. That is the problem unfortunately.

It's not the dealer.  It's  the manufacture of the Aquahot unit.  NIRVC who is my dealer is wonderful.

It is the dealer. You didn’t buy the RV from Aquahot and you didn’t buy the Aquahot separately.
Guessing how you’re in the scenario they “fixedl it x number of times under warranty and now 1 year warranty is up.
Unless you want to try to go after the mfg of the water heater id keep going thru the dealer,, as it seems the issue was never substantially resolved

But in short, no I don’t know anyone there and likely not going to find someone who does. Especially here where only about 10 members actually are active on the site.
