You can use epoxy:
1)Roughen the area around the crack with sandpaper
2)Fill crack with epoxy mix
3)Cover crack area with fiberglass tape (drywall tape) while the epoxy is still wet, push tape into epoxy to wet it, add more as needed. The tape should be flat not shoved into the crack.
4) Let the epoxy set and then coat the area with another layer of epoxy let set for at least 24 hours.
5) Using fine sandpaper (120 or 150 grit) sand that area flat without exposing the fiberglass tape. Paint entire tray with enamel paint. Roughen the rest of the floor first.
Other than that you might try Bondo.
