Fisher Paykel DW/generator

Finally got my FP dishwasher installed (Christmas present)....love it!
However when we run on gennie, I get error code and dw will not run.
Switch back to shore power...no problem.
fyi both air conditioners, washer/dryer etc., work fine on gennie.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Woowee the same manufacturer as two star CPAP masks. Will wonders never cease.

    Use a voltmeter on the AC that has a NEEDLE not numbers. The cheap wall socket kind will do fine.

    What does voltage read? How many volts?

    While watching the meter, start the dishwasher on generator power. What do you see on the meter now?

    This is primary, first step diagnostics. Armed with voltage values you shall see write down and post below, you will receive diagnostic information and not guesswork.

    You'll have to change the setup. For some reason, the difference in voltage requires a different setting.

    Call Fisher-Paykel. They are very customer friendly.

    (I installed a FP "dishdrawer" 10 years ago and the wife LOVES it.)
