Going to MPJA right now and purchasing a 5 lb roll of Sn 60 before some jackass tries to corner that market. The reason why solder costs so much now is China. Not the lead, the tin. With the DEMAND for no lead solder the price of regular solder should have slumped. Ha ha. Speculators. I run into them very occasionally. I grossly overcharge them for repairs with clockwork precision.
