Kitchen sink facet leak. How to remove?

Can you remove it from teh top.. Well. for starters I'm not sure where the leak is

The faucet consists of a lower assembly with the pipes this is attached to the sink exactly like a house hold kitchen sink faucet, Either a single nut on the center spindle or two bolts down through what would be the HOT and COld on a twin knob faucet.

The "ARM" slips over that sealed with an upper and lower O ring, is this where you leak is? Between arm and base. If so read on

Above that is a nut and the handle

The handle has a HEX set screw you will need to remove. you likely already have the wrench in your owner's manual bag but I have many Hex key Sets.

Loosen the nut and remove the handle

Then you remove the chrome (normally) Kurled nut

Then you lift out the valve assembly

Then you can lift off the arm and replace the rings.

UPDATE: Had to remove the sink. Not enough space between the camera wall and sink to access the O rings. All off now. thanks for your help! CWT

I recently installed a faucet that was so tight between the sink and wall that there was not enough space for the Basin Wrench to swing around. Had to buy this: https://www.ridgid.com/ph/en/ez-change-faucet-tool

My cabinet inside panels were glued and pin nailed but came right out. I now have completely hidden wire runs covered by screwed in panels.

Or if a inside panel won't come out then cut it out and cover it over when done.

Maybe this will give you access. Just a thought.

And I had to remove some panels to gain access to the kitchen faucet. The next step would have been to remove some of the 1x2 wood supports. Even when cut they are easy to replace using a sister board or metal bracing.

The fittings are behind the sinks & only
reachable via the drawer opening... with
one hand... barely... it’s crazy... I’m good
at dismantling but this is all glued etc...
I’m thinking of removing the sink... I can
reach all wing but tie downs ... but then
I have to un-do the plumbing / traps etc...

Are you sure you can't remove cabinet panels etc glued or not for better access?

That probably would work... will see if I can
find... otherwise... will have to remove sink...
The ONLY access is via a drawer opening..
