Magnum energy hybrid VS Victron
In the market for a new inverter/charger. Seems the best two options are the Victron 3000W Multiplus or the Magnum Energy MSH3012M. Seems the Victron has a couple of bells that the Magnum doesn't...

As I understand it the Xantrex does not sync with the incoming AC and thus doesn't do true support, but rather switches to inverter only when you exceed the AC input and then switches back after the load reduces
You may be correct- I'm not 100% certain, but the new model states:
