Need to replace Sealand 110 toilet.

Hi!

 Need to replace the original toilet, a Sealand 110, in my 2005 Carriage Cameo LXI. Im seeing some suggestions for the Dometic 310 but I'd like to try the Seaflo which is a little cheaper, just not sure of the flange connection. 

Anyone have experience replacing in this configuration?
