6 point versus 4 point is just how much you want to pay. You don't show a close up pic of the rear jacks. BUT, that height is NORMAL and they look fully retracted. Can you post a close up pic of one of the rear jacks? You take a straight line from bottom of the rear tires to the bottom of the rear skid bars. The jacks should be above that line. Now, on Most Jayco's you cannot raise the mounted position of the rear jacks to get more clearance. The top of the jack is already hitting the bottom of the c channel or floor. YES, operation of the jacks especially if you have either LCI or Atwood, have big problems. If the owner is installing manual switches, that is a good thing. You should have LCI jacks on that unit.
