Tips for operating manual levelling jack with painful hands?

I saw a man operating his levelers with an Harbor Freight Electric Impact Wrench. A little noisy, but those don't twist back at you like a drill does. It'll run'em right up till they twist off. And it can do just that, too. Heavier tool than a drill, though.
