Toilet into black tank...not sure this looks right?

Question on a 2011 Lance 1685 black tank/toilet... Trying to figure out if we have an issue or if its just the first time we've noticed something... Not able to add a picture, but what we're seeing...

Had a friend who had same problem...Jayco Motorhome..toilet to black tank was not lined up..the lips was letting paper and other stuff pile up as he had to constantly spray the lip to get "stuff" to go down into tank The factory & dealership fixed the problem but took several months to get resolved.
