I have a pair of 2000 Honda's and they would not start my Son's 15,000 btu Dometic AC. We changed the start capacitor to a
Supco SPP6. That cured the problem


I know it's more of a hassle but I put my 6500 Honda in a enclosed trailer behind my 5er and bring along ALL the power I need.
