Water leak. Normal? Problem?

White and Red sound like the low water drain hoses (red is hot)

he said he drained it

he did not say he blew the lines out with compressed air at say 50 PSI

And for sure he did not do that multiple times.

Suggestion, if the idea is to winterize, use an air compressor and set the regulator to 45-50 PSI and blow Babriel blow, like 5-10 times, waiting a couple minutes between blows. LEAVE ALL Faucets open while doing this.

It is hand-tight and hasn't leaked since.

Have you removed the plug to inspect the sealing surface?
If there is a rubber gasket it probably needs to be new.

Now that I can post photos (thanks to the photo posting thread) here's my drain hoses that someone asked for. I think the question was what kind of plugs are in the hose.
It's the white one that had water unexpectedly dripping from it.

Did you use pipe tape when reinstalling the plug in the low point drain? How about a picture so we can see what is on the end of the drain lines?

OK, so there is water dripping from the low point drain line (thanks for clarification), but the plug seems tight. I'll have to figure out if the water is dripping from the plug or coming from above and dripping off the plug.

If dripping from above and down onto drain plug you need to ID where that water is coming from ASAP.
Water leaks will destroy an RV---FAST

If plug is dripping it will pour when using pump or city water connection. It needs to be fixed before next use.

Been messin' about and can't see any water signs above. Will keep looking. City water didn't increase drip.
