Winnebago Fifth Wheel
We purchased a new Winnebago Voyage fifth wheel in 2015. We had a problem with the refrigerator and converter while taking are second trip with it. I repeatedly called the towable service number for help and was just told to leave a phone number or email address and they would get back to me. After 4 messages without a reponse in over a week I gave up. I also sent them an email without a response. I called the motorized Winnebago number and spoke to a person, but he couldn't help. He tried to contact them for me and just got the leave a message response. Has any one else had a problem with a towable Winnebago? I would not recommend them to anyone on this website or any anyone we meet. The website and information we received does not give us information on contacting them except by the one phone number or email.
