Ike Gauntlet with 17,000 lbs.
I am confused! Perhaps someone can explain.
In 2013 with the 6.7 Cummins 850 ft lb engine takes longer to do the Ike Gauntlet with a 17,000 lb trailer than it did in 2014 with a 19,000 lb trailer?
What gears did the 2013 have? I looked and listened, and missed it if it is noted. Day to day weather would also have an effect. Chris
While the hardware may have been the same, there have been numerous updates for the engine and transmission between the beginning of '03 and the current '04's.
Maybe you meant 13 and 14?
The 385/850 in 2013 is the same as the 385/850 in 2014. Gear ratio's could have been different, but the rest is the same. Aisin tranny is required to get the 385/850.
