Ike Gauntlet with 17,000 lbs.
I am confused! Perhaps someone can explain.
In 2013 with the 6.7 Cummins 850 ft lb engine takes longer to do the Ike Gauntlet with a 17,000 lb trailer than it did in 2014 with a 19,000 lb trailer?
What gears did the 2013 have? I looked and listened, and missed it if it is noted. Day to day weather would also have an effect. Chris
While the hardware may have been the same, there have been numerous updates for the engine and transmission between the beginning of '03 and the current '04's.
Like Chris stated, you must have meant 13' and 14' models and they are identical...nothing changed between a 2013 and a 2014 3500 dually...unless that particular 14' actually had rear air suspension.
I don't know what gearing the 13 had, still trying to find out...
