2014 Ram 3500 vs Ike Gauntlet

I have a 2014 ram 3500 and it will be fun to watch. I would think the ram exhaust brake in "full on" mode would have no issues keeping the speed down but then I again the hills of west va where I tow are nothing like the Rockies
