Your statement Chevy doesn't have turbo lag is false. My parents 05 is a dog from a start and takes a bit for the turbo to spool up.
Credibility really comes to mind here Turtle. :W
Talk about "credibility" there Troy, you have to compare a 2005 to a 2015 truck to try and prove your point?
Don
Don,
And I'm not comparing a 2005 to a 2015 truck. I comparing my '12 truck to my parents '05 Duramax which Turtle said the Chevy's did not have turbo lag so I called him out. Again the comparison is based on my experience driving these two trucks so credibility is based on experience and not some Chrysler union worker slurping more internet chatter. :R
Troy lets compare apples and apples.
Lets say a 12 Chevy to a 12 Ford (Isn't yours a 12?).
If I were you Troy and an LML came along side your truck at a stop light I would just act like you do not want to race and hide.
Oh my! No turbo lag here.
1/2 a second faster with a single turbo and it would make you look silly.
And don't try to out tow one in the hills with your PowerStroke.
LML beats PowerStroke by 1 minute and 24 seconds! You would get WAXED by that single snail!
I would have a beer drank before you crawled up the hill with your 6.7! :B No turbo lag here. Doesn't your 12 have a twin turbo compressor and the Dmax have a single? So much for lag! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha..........
There is one category that your 12 will beat the Max or Ram and that is down hill. I freely admit that your truck will beat a Dmax down hill. :B So much so PUT.com said this:

At the end of every descent from Eisenhower Pass to Dillon, the F-350’s brakes were literally smoking.
You would "smoke" a Dmax or Ram down hill! LOL, I guess you could say your truck is on fire!!
Cheer up Troy. You can always hope the 15 will beat the Dmax. I say yes. We will see. :)
