a 3500 dully with the 6.4 tradesman i can get for about 35000 to 36000 thou compared to the same tradesman with the diesel for about 47000.

That could be because the DRW CTD might be equipped with the Aisin tranny. That's a $2600.00 increase. Add that to the $9,000 CTD option and yeah it's close to $12,000 more.
