Sadly it looks like the payloads on the CCab 4x4 version of this truck will be around 1700#. Guess we'll be looking elsewhere for our next truck.

Wow, the crew cab 4WD looks to be about 1590 lbs payload, same as my F150. Yet that truck is heavier than a F250 Crew Cab 4WD 6.2L Gasser, with over 1,000 lbs less GVWR.
Better off with a F150 Ecoboost since they both share turbos. The lighter 2011 - 2014 F150 has the exact same torque to weight ratio from the F150's significantly lower weight, but the Eco's max torque comes on a bit later with 2500 rpms.
With the Eco's higher 365 hp and 1630 lbs lower weight, you'll have a lot more working horses. Using the same horsepower to weight ratio that the new Titan XD has, would put a very low 242 hp into the lighter F150.
With the Titan XD horsepower to weight ratio and torque to weight ratio, that would equate to the same configured 2011 - 2014 F150 having 429 lbs of torque and 242 horsepower. The Ecoboost F150 has 365 hp and 420 lbs of torque.
Titan XD @ 7400 lbs UVW and 2011 - 2014 F150 Ecoboost @ 5770 lbs UVW.
Looks like another DUD. Had the 2004 Titan and was a POS. Had a 2005 Pathfinder, and not much better. Under performing garage queens.
