- robsouthExplorer IIBe advised that the propane furnace fan will operate very well using the connection you described, however, it will not warm the camper unless you have propane turned on as well so that the furnace will actually ignite and produce warmth to be distributed throughout the camper by the aforementioned furnace fan that will operate quite well with the connection you described. Have a nice day!

Yes it will run the propane furnace, it doesnot draw anywhere near the amperage that an AC/microwave or 110volt hot water heater does.

That's what I'm thinking. You can run the microwave too. And, most likely you can run the AC but, only if you don't run the microwave or the water heater at the same time. - Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIFurnace can be run with out being plugged into any 110V AC power source.
It runs off the battery....12V DC. The fan blower, the gas valve, the control circuits all 12V DC.
It won't run all night cause it is a DC power hog......unless you have a large battery bank.
Plugging into a 110V AC power source will enable the converter to charge battery while it is running the furnace. - Beverley_KenExplorerA 30amp RV plug is 110 volts, he is talking about an adapter from 30amp/110 volts to 15or20amp 110 volt.

Beverley and Ken - opnspacesNavigator IIIIf you're asking if you can run your built in propane furnace when using an adapter to plug into a 110v outlet; the answer is yes.
- 2oldmanExplorer III don't understand the question.
- RanduExplorerYou can run only basic things with the adapter to 110. The furnace blower is fine as its actually 12v so the 110 is just powering the converter to keep battery fully charged to power the blower and the circuit boards that operate the furnace and fridge. You might also be able to run the fridge but not anything else due to the limitation of the amps that can be drawn through the normal 110 outlet. Randu
