Best OEM seats for longhaul comfort

My wife and I are planning on full timing in the comming years; only problem is she has several health issues and both of us have back problems. Our current rig is not very comfy; an 08 Ram 3500 Laramie Quad. The stock leather is not that great, but the stock padding is worse (even after augemting it with better foam). Plus, she can't get a comfortable position when riding. I'm not getting rid of it, as it's been a good truck, but we will be getting something more comfortable.

I'm not brand loyal. My family has been diehard Mopar for decades, and this is the 3rd Dodge truck I've owned; however, I've also owned a 1500 Chevy and a 2000 Super Duty (also some stock in Ford). At the last campsite I noticed Ford rules, followed by GM, with Dodge/Ram a distant 3rd. Anything to that?

Which have the best seats? We're pulling the fiver listed in my profile, which (when modified to fit our needs) may weigh north of 6 tons; truck will be a dually.
