Almost all RV have manual adjusting brakes, you need to jack each wheel up off the ground spin the tire and if it rotates more then one and a half turns then you will need to adjust them. You should be checking your brakes every three months or 3000 miles and wheel bearings 12/12.
I ordered a full replacement brake kit (four axle) with self adjusters for $207 with free shipping. Might want to look into it, if you can do the work yourself. If you can not, what until you need to replace them, then upgrade to the self adjusting brakes.
