Devil's Lake

In honor of our citizens who have proudly served this wonderful country, they are doing 75 floats in red, white and blue. My kiddos are excited and what a neat way to get people out combing the beach.

I'll take some pics, so a bit of a trip report of sorts, even though we are close.

I also want to thank all our veterans on this board for your service. Hopefully I get to run into a few and shake your hand.

TC is loaded....I'm amazed that I can load it up by myself and be ready in under 20 minutes...well, except for the food and cold snacks!

Seeing as how it's close and has much better chowder, go north to Depot Bay and have some at The Sea Hag and great salt water taffy next door. Try the Otis one morning for breakfast, half order of German Potatoes and two eggs over medium.
