Diesels Hassle
I have been going back and forth between gas and diesel. I drive enough miles (often over 20,000 miles per year) to justify diesel and think I would like the extra torque. I also spend time in the R...

We haven't had more problems with our '12 diesel Ford than any other new car. We had a computer glitch (as a fairly new model I like to think those things are mostly fixed in the ones being produced now).
We have a gas vehicle that needed the transmission computer reset and a few other fiddly things.
And we have an electric car that weirdly enough hasn't had a single thing. I think I'd be really extremely clueless if something went wrong with that contraption.
Anyway I think the hassle will be about the same for any vehicle, and if you like to tinker, you'll learn about diesels and that will be fun!
