Hitch weight or tongue weight???

recently sold our motor home and are now looking for a TT to tow behind our 2012 dodge 4x2 ram hemi 5.7 engine/390HP 407ft lbs with a 3.55 rear. does have the tow pkg, HD cooling and trans cooler, crew cab... we never towed anything before and looking for some advise.
the trailer we are looking to buy is a 1999 coachmen Catalina lite model 248 TB which is a 25ft trailer (no slide) and listed as 3780 lbs DRY WEIGHT. the weight falls well below my towing capacity on the charts for my truck (which is listed at about 8500lbs towing capacity) but someone had mentioned the hitch or tongue weight which i can not find the amount for this trailer.
anyone have or might know what the hitch weight is for this trailer or is there a way to figure out what the hitch weight is?
people who have towed before does this combination with the truck and trailer seem like a good towing situation?
any ideas or suggestions would be grateful to a new TT tow person.
thanks
