How to add outside fold down shelf for propane grill

My Rockwood came with a table It has a rail on one edge that attaches to the same rail the grill is on. It has a fold-down leg to stabilize it.
Here's a pic of my outside kitchen set up. The table has a "tree" clamped on it to hold paper towels, spices and utensils. (Ignore the clown on the left.)
