How to add outside fold down shelf for propane grill

I have a new Nexgrill propane grill and would be interested in adding a fold down shelf for it rather than using a portable table. Has anyone done this and how? How do you attach it to the side of the...

IMHO attaching a grill onto the side of a RV is not a good idea. grease and smoke if under awning, I'd rather be able to move it to table where grease wouldn't matter. my grill came with the brackets and I haven't even installed them and have no plans to.
