After watching the video a couple times I have not been able to determine how many times the ford required a brake application on the down hill. It was 2 or more.
The Ram required 3.
The Chevy one.
They did mention they were not letting the electronics handle the braking.
But had they set the cruise control on at 50 coming out of the tunnel with the Chevy I am almost sure they would never have had to apply brakes.
Without cruise control turned on with the Chevy you have to apply brakes once to get the grade braking to activate.
They glossed over the point rating by giving all three trucks 25 points for braking. Where did that come from?
Braking is probably more important than time to climb the hill when towing heavy.
