It's tough.... NADA is (of course) the Dealer sales price, private sales prices are almost always lower.
Our last rig (a Northwoods also) we bought for over NADA and sold for over NADA, but the condition was well above average.
But the bottom line, anything is worth what people will pay, in a given amount of time. You might still be "too high" for the perceived market in your area.
