Financing is possible on used units as long as the bank considers the loan worth the value of the RV. If there is a discrepancy in perceived value, the buyer will need to make it up in the down payment.
It's much easier when a buyer can hand over cash to a seller and the transaction is complete. I have never had to deal with a third party payment except when I sold my TH - The buyer took out a personal loan but still paid me cash.
