Is NADA a good reference for TCs?

Here's my problem - It's been over a month, my former TC is still here. I've gone through and added up in NADA the options (the ones it's really supposed to have), listed it, and have only gotten a few responses. I'm roughly 10% under what NADA says it should be, no bites.

What reference point do you price a TC at under NADA? Or do you use something else to valuate it?

Out of curiosity when you added the options did you include refrigerator, flushing toilet etc? When using Nada the note advised do not include standard items. Most buyers will assume things like AC, Heaters, Flushing toilet, holding tanks are standard equipment. Your asking price may appear out of line to buyers.
