- the_bear_IIExplorerBack in 80's saw these customized Toyota trucks all the time in Southern California. Based on the design of the rear fenders and graphics, I would say this was made by the same company that customized the fullsized vans to tow 5th wheel and gooseneck trailers.

- PowerdudeExplorerBack in the day the Tacoma was basically the same platform as the international Hi-Lux. You could get dually wheels for it imported, as they are available for it outside the US. Then it's just a simple matter of making the fenders.
