You have had that experience at Jayco? Seems like 99.9% of the times I have called I got Judy, and if she couldn't answer something on the spot, she would find someone who could.
The "no drawing while under warranty" is frustrating but do I understand their reasoning. Besides if you really wanted to push it, just call up and say you just purchased the trailer 2nd hand -- no warranty then.
