I guess my persistence paid off. Jayco sent the electrical diagrams too. This was there response.

Good Morning Mr. Trim,
I do apologize for the inconvenience as there has been some confusion in regards to Jayco policy in regards to issuing schematics to a retail customer still inside the warranty period. I have attached the 12 volt and 110 schematic along with a disclaimer stating Jayco will take no responsibility in any way of any negative outcome due to the customers use of the schematic.
I again apologize for the inconvenience and stress this has caused you. If we can be of service to you in other ways in the future, please feel free to contact us again at your convenience.
