It don't cost me nothing so I will drive the wheels off of it or motor out of it (which ever one happens first)
Careful what you wish for. Not good to tempt the fate of the 6.0 Gods. ;) - catfishmontanaExplorer

You can have those damn Chevrolets. If you ever see my ass in one hell is freezing over!
The next time I see you broke down on the side of the road on a 22° snowy day I'll be sure to drive right on by.
I would hate for you to be in a position that might force you to compromise your most basic principles.
I'm not likly to buy a GM product but I'd be more than happy to get a helping hand from a GM owner if I were to break down, and also happy to lend help if the situation were reversed.
Well done sir, well done.
HAHAHAHA!! Too funny. This is those Kodak moments that are fun. Whether it be someone else or me it's still a fun chest bumping picture. They all break down. We all need help at some point. If I stopped to help and someone told me they wasn't riding in my truck because of the brand then I would still take pictures and laugh about it. I've taken pictures of my favorite brand truck on the hook being towed by another brand. LOL!
I am in no way shape or form a Ford fan and will probably never buy another one but my company furnished truck is a Ford (6.0 even). It don't cost me nothing so I will drive the wheels off of it or motor out of it (which ever one happens first)and the next one too. HAHAHA!!! - FordloverExplorer

Not surprised, GM does a great job of building trucks. Now here is my question, why does Chevy not do as good of a job building trucks as GMC? I would think they should be a statistical tie... - Engineer9860Explorer

Just so you are aware, anyone can input information into a Wikipedia topic. Including you, or I. It is only slightly more credible than this forum, and not anymore reliable than the Internet as a whole. - DadoffourgirlsExplorer

Who do they ask? I have NEVER been asked to do a survey by JD Powers...so do they cover every owner in the USA or just "pick and choose"....hey, I agree with most of their picks...unlike Consumers report...but at almost 64 yrs of age and owning ALL the new cars that I have, one would think at sometime, I would have been asked by someone other than the manufacturer of my vehicle...
I believe that JD Power randomly (or completely) selects owners from a specific time of purchase. Therefore, to have the results for 3 year ownership, they would have been customers that bought the car new in October 2010 and still owned the car in October 2013 in states where they can obtain this information.
Therefore, if you did not buy your vehicle during their survey windows, you would not be selected.
Also, they require OEMs to purchase the rights to use as advertising and purchase detail information from the surveys, before they are completed. There are other companies that also sell these services to the OEMs. - 45RicochetExplorerHey at least it's good winter entertainment guys :B
Just me engine, but I've learned long ago that corporate sites don't really give you the entire story like your JD Power link suggests. They will sell their products with talking points and avoid the pitfalls of their product. Bar none my friend. That there is business 101 in your freshman year :W
Wikipedia may not be perfect, but it's generally accepted as a good starting point when researching just about any subject. Much better than asking the wolf to guard the chicken coop.
Where's the love brother, I said "congrats GM".
Seems the sales numbers last month have taken it's toll with your attitude :R or maybe not. - MARK_VANDERBENTExplorerMaybe 4.5 duramax in those new GM half tons ??? or go Colorado for that 30 mpg diesel.

What a bunch of schoolyard bunk. Y'all are going to believe and buy what you want anyway, so what does it matter about a survey they may or may not be biased?
