the dry weight of my camper is 3350

the max payload of my truck is 4300

Unladen weight is 7000lb

MVWR of the truck is 11500

BUT the max payload of the tire is 3640 x 4 = 14560

thoughts? i want to make sure im not going to be pushing it too close

All of the TC weight will be on rear axle. So it is more like 3640x 2= 7280-rear axle weight of empty truck. This will be your available payload.
Is truck gas or diesel?
If gas you should be ok once you upgrade tires. You can get LR129 tires rated at 4080 (x2= 8160#).
