I don't recall ever miss-stating anything on steel wheels. Perhaps you have me confused with someone else?
I posted the link simply to illustrate how ST tires are tested.
Anyway, I still assert that the best way to treat ST tires is to have excess payload capacity in the tire and slow down.
I posted a link. Where is something else from the government showing different ST tire testing standards and procedures of testing by a governing body?
Prove me wrong friend. Prove to me that traveling at a slower speed and with excess capacity is detrimental to ST tires.
