Need recommendations for bunkhouse TT!!

Hi all! We are hoping to buy our first TT and begin making memories to last a lifetime in it this year. The problem? We can't seem to find a trailer that really fits our wish lists! We have two kids, 9 and 13. Our rig is a 2014 Z 71 Silverado Crew Cab with short bed, 5.3 V8, 3.42 ratio.
Here is out wish list...is it possible?

-7500 lbs or less

-Bunkhouse with slide that sleeps 3-4

-Actual doors or pocket doors to the bedrooms (no curtains or accordion)

-Exit door from the bathroom to outside, unless the bath is next to the Master bedroom

-NO swivel TV from the living to the MBR (I'm sure many people love that, but the wife is a very LIGHT sleeper and this will undoubtedly cause arguments if I want to stay up late or wake up early).

-Outdoor kitchen

-vaulted/curved ceiling for added height (my sweetie is 6'1"...and who cares if I'm just a bit shorter than her?);)

We originally loved the Zinger 33BH, but at 8374 dry it's not gonna fly. Open to your suggestions and thankful for your help!

    I've been shopping for the last few weeks for something similar to what you describe. Are you looking for 7500 EMPTY, or loaded?

    I wanted the newer bunkhouse floor plan with 2 slides, outdoor kitchen and bathroom exit, but haven't seen one that weighs less than 7,500 or so empty. I ended up buying a Surveyor SV305, and the sticker says it's just under 8k empty- heavier than I wanted too, but it is what it is, I guess...

    I think that's the issue. The OP is looking for lots of things in a light TT.
    The list of options needs to be reduced or the allowable weight needs to increase......of course this starts to involve the tow vehicle.

    Think this all the way through. Don't settle for a trailer you do not want or like. Avoid the upgrade game it always cost more to get it right the 2nd time.
    Consider upgrading the TV to accommodate the rig you really like.

    Keep in mind that many trailers have a 74" long queen bed rather than the standard 80". That may be an issue right from the start for your dw. Some do have a mattress extender piece that can be put in for sleeping but thats usually only on models with an actual walk around bed/room.

    Will this be your first RV? I think some of your requirements will not quite matter in camping world. TTs are not well insulated from campground sounds. Pocket doors or curtains do not make much difference in sound. We run the AC fan when anyone is sleeping for white noise.

    So you want this floorplan?


    Lots of those availible about 6500 pounds dry to start. That's the Keystone Passport GT 3320BH.

    Exactly. take a realistic look at what you want, prioritize, and then be sure you make a good tradeoff between needs/wants and the TV.
