I can't really comment on the price because I haven't been looking but there's nothing wrong with a 2017 CTD and 35k isn't a ton of mileage. On a 2017 that would suggest a lot of highway miles which isn't a bad thing. You can look at the engine run and idle hours in the EVIC.
