Reminds me of when I was 16. A basic econobox was about $7k, I got an S-15 for $6.5k.
Then again, I want to thank all you guys out there buying new. Including a little bit of work I was aware of when buying, our current F250 came in at around $7k. I'm sure in a few years, I will be able to pick up a $85k truck for around $10k.
You're very welcome, thank you...If we were all alike, it would be a really dull world..so it stoops from a post on how expensive new vehicles are, to cut's on those of us who purchase new...real classy..
Guess if a thread can't go south on cutting something...next is cutting on "somebody's"..
My truck MSRP was $74,700...now knock almost $13K off that right off the bat, and thats where we starting bargaining...NOBODY pays sticker, so don't know why it's always quoted as though that is what some dummy is actually going to pay....I felt I really got a great deal for all the latest greatest technology and full warranty..but who cares..I'm stupid for doing such a thing busting my butt to earn my money, and spending it for what I want...I don't have the right to do that:R
Yeah they're expensive now a days...WHAT ISN'T?! I've been around a while also...nothing is cheap worth having...
So feel good about your cut on those of us who do it differently...just because some us do buy new, it is our life and our money, and what I have purchased, I could easily afford and PLANNED on it...heck, been married almost 46 years, raised three very successful children and survived a war, and am trying to come back from a stroke..forgive me for spending my money on what I want to..:R
.......the Golden rule is no longer used in today's world..part of what is wrong with this country today..
