Someone is drunk if they put the "same" tranny in this truck as a medium duty truck. Either the designers or the people that are saying Nissan is going to do this. Much like putting a class 8 rear end in my 2500 pickup. Someone is crazy; I just don't know who yet? :B
Well Motor/Truck Trend calls it by the same model number but then say it is "similar" to the one in the RAM 3500. And when you compare photos of the two, they are almost identical on the outside, except for the bell casing. So, yeah, pretty odd.
