From a technical perspective what could be the drawback of using an AS69RC in the Nissan Titan Cummins? The only complaint I've heard about the Aisin are the 30k maintenance intervals on the Ram version.
FWIW, the AS69RC transmission is almost a $3000 option in the Ram.
