I'm certainly not a troll..... - In the next couple of years I'll be in the market for a daily driver that gets great mpg and works for weekend Home Depot runs and pulling a 5K travel trailer comfortably. I was thinking of the Nissan XD but it appears to be a little too much truck to meet those parameters- too expensive and not enough mpg. I can get a Ram Ecodiesel equipped the way I want for about $35K. The Colorado diesel appeals to me too but those so far appear to be unicorns-no one has ever actually seen one. I have a feeling it will end up costing more than a comparable Ram 1500 anyway.
- WhatchauptoExplorerI admit, I have had MANY CEL'S on my Cummins Powered Ram. It just happens to come EVERY time I turn the ignition on! That light must somehow be connected to the smile on my face.

Not really too impressive.... Let's hope cummins/Nissan does a better of preventing CEL's like the other guys.
The 6.7 Ford does not set a CEL when the head fall off of the valve. There are no sensors for that issue. That's why they don't set a code. One just pulls over to the side of the road and call a wrecker. :W - jus2shyExplorerNever had a CEL in 42k miles of driving my rig to date...
