Yellow-sticker Payload is simply GVWR - Factory Curb Weight.
And Factory Curb Weight is measured/estimated with a full tank of gas, all the truck's options, but no people inside.
The mythical 150# person is used in calculating tow capacity and Ford's Carrying Capacity, but not Payload.
